Hi-Tec Profiles is searching for an experienced administrative assistant. 

What You Will Do In Your Role

  • Data entry
  • Assist customers with inquiries and processing of orders
  • Maintain customer confidence
  • Filing and document management
  • Performs administrative duties
  • Additional duties may include any combination of the following (depending on experience and expertise):
    • Coordinating freight logistics for materials and customer orders
    • Payroll and benefits administration
    • Social Media and digital advertising

Requirements

  • Highly organized, focus on time management, and prioritize work
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Accounting experience
  • Demonstrated interpersonal skills within cross functional teams
  • Knowledge of intermediate and advanced software functions, such as MS Word, MS Excel and Sage
  • Minimum typing speed of 60 WPM
  • Ability to work independently

What Will Put You Ahead

  • Procurement processing including purchase order requisitioning and invoicing for multiple departments
  • Formal office or accounting education
  • Logistics experience in a shipping environment
